Meet your 2026 College Panhellenic Council Executive Board! Alongside the work we do in our individual positions, we also work together to help run our council and ensure the we are creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive community for sorority life!

Kinley Cain

Hi! My name is Kinley Cain, and I currently serve as the Panhellenic President. In this role, I strive to support the CPC board and the entire University of Southern Mississippi’s CPC community. I ensure that all documentation is submitted to the NPC, and I help host council, tri-council, and presidential meetings. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is being able to provide a helping hand and serve as a support system for everyone in the community.

Hey!! I’m Rae McGregor, and I currently serve as the Vice President of Administration. Essentially, I serve as the treasurer for CPC, leading in all budgeting efforts, issuing dues, and securing sponsorships for primary recruitment. I also get to work with the finance chairs from each chapter down the row.

Hey everyone!! My name is Mason McLellan, and I currently serve as VP of Panhellenic Affairs for the College Panhellenic Council. My job consists of creating and making changes to our bylaws, managing the master calendar, and being the organization’s secretary! I am a Recreational Therapy major, while also getting minors in Psychology & Disability Studies. A few fun facts about me are that I love to go on walks around campus, and I am actually related to Elvis Presley. I am so excited to serve this year on the CPC executive board, and I’m looking forward to getting to know all of you throughout my term!!

As Vice President of Recruitment, I oversee primary recruitment and COB while working closely with our eight chapters and their recruitment teams, cpc’s recruitment team and executive board. I’m excited to plan events like Panhellenic Preview and give back to a community that has made such an impact on my Southern Miss experience. Go Eagles!

Ryleigh Johnson

Hi! My name is Ryleigh Johnson, and I currently serve as the Vice President of Service and Philanthropy for the Panhellenic Council. In this role, I work to support our chapters in their philanthropic efforts and strengthen our community’s commitment to service. I help coordinate council-wide service initiatives, promote involvement in both local and national philanthropies, and collaborate with others to create meaningful opportunities for members to give back. One of the most rewarding parts of my position is seeing our community come together to make a tangible impact and support causes that matter.

A bit about me: I am a junior Public Relations major from Star, MS. Around campus, I am involved in organizations such as Luckyday, Black Eyed Susans, Eagles After Similar Yearnings, the Student Alumni Association, the Women’s Empowerment Association, and I’m especially passionate about service and advocacy. In my free time, I enjoy planning events, spending time with friends, and finding new ways to get involved in the community.

Hello everyone! My name is Allie Anglin, and I currently have the honor and privilege of serving as Vice President of Inclusion and Wellness for CPC. Through this position, I am able to serve our current and potential members in ensuring everyone has the BEST sorority experience possible. This includes promoting inclusion of all members, ensuring every member has the means necessary to succeed and prosper, and educating about the resources available to CPC members. I also work hand in hand with our Vice President of Philanthropy when promoting our local philanthropy, Go With The Flow!

I am a senior nursing major hoping to specialize in pediatrics. I am a member of Luckyday and also serve on the Board of Directors for Greek Seekers. I enjoy going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, and going to church! I have an orange cat named Charley, and my favorite holidays are Christmas and Easter!

Hi everyone! My name is Sylvia White, and I currently serve as the Vice President of Personnel. In my position, I am all things Gamma Chi! I am over the selection process, training the new Gamma Chis, and helping recruitment move smoothly. In my free time, I love to get a treat with my friends and reading!

Serving in this position allows me to lead and mentor the Junior Panhellenic Council. I also get to serve the Panhellenic community by ensuring that each chapter is succeeding academically! In this role, I help market our council through various social media platforms. Alongside this, I focus on helping our council communicate effectively and help promote and showcase all eight of our Panhellenic chapters here on campus. To the top!!

Junior Panhellenic Council

The Junior Panhellenic Council here at Southern Miss serves as a council made up of first year members of each one of our eight chapters down the row. The goal of JPC is to help introduce first year members of their chapters to CPC and the leadership and services opportunities that it offers.
